WELCOME TO THE IBLA, NEW ENGLAND!
The Interstate Box Lacrosse Association is extremely thrilled to bring the great region of New England into the IBLA. The IBLA is composed of regional leagues around the country, where the winner of each regional league is represented each year, at the IBLA Nationals.
The IBLA was formed to replicate the amazing Canadian model of box lacrosse where teams have their own home arenas and the winner of each regional league has a chance to win a national title. The IBLA plays by Canadian Lacrosse Association rules as well, to create the most authentic box lacrosse experience possible.
RBLL- New England has three teams: Cambridge (Boston Metro Area), Maine (Biddeford), and Auburn (Worcester Metro Area). It will be exciting to see which town will best support their local team! Many teams in the IBLA experienced packed arenas this past season, with fans truly supporting their local team.
Regional Champions:
2018- Cambridge (National Champions)
2019- Maine (National Champions)
2020- Maine
The 2021 is set to begin in July, with the winning team attending the 2021 IBLA Nationals in Lakeland, FL.
